Refund Policy

Effective: April 4, 2026

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund rights depend on your region, as described below.

Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing your transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the charges you have paid.

This right does not apply if, during the 14-day period, you started downloading, using, or benefiting from the Product and you agreed during your purchase for the Product to be made available before the end of that 14-day period.

To request a refund, contact support@vitorian.com or Paddle directly.

All Other Regions (including the US)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable software, we do not offer refunds once a License Key has been delivered.

Cancel Anytime

Regardless of your region, you may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Product until your current billing period expires. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us at support@vitorian.com.

How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. For full details on buyer protections, see Paddle's Buyer Terms.
